Watergate Bay’s two long miles of sand just begs for some serious buggy or landboard action. You’re going to love this – screaming along the beach, using the wind to get you where you want to go. You’ll see just how cool wind power is.
With buggying, you’re seated; for landboarding you stand, so this takes a little more balance, although both sports are quick to learn. But you’ll be laughing so much you won’t notice how much you’re learning about wind management, balance and speed control. And the great thing is, once you’ve got the hang of it, this is something you can do back home.
We don’t cut corners when it comes to safety or how much fun you’re having - we’re all about small groups and plenty of individual attention for each student – that’s how we make sure everyone gets a great traction kiting experience that fits their ability and maximises their potential. You’ll have a great time and you’ll make real progress.
Choose the lesson that suits your needs best, from a half-day with a group to a one-to-one lesson if you want to really push your skill level. We provide everything you need to get on the sand and start learning, including boards, buggies and kites.
The Extreme Academy’s home is a brand new, purpose built school with changing rooms, hot showers and space for safety briefings.
