The bissoe Cafe has been around for a while but since its new owners have taken control the place has changed so much for the better. At any weekend there are literally hundreds of walkers, runners, families and of course cyclists buzzing around, giving the place a real heart beat.

The reception is friendly and the food is great!

There are also two cycling clubs that use the cafe for their base so plenty of opportunities to get more involved.

Bissoe cafe is a mecca for anyone who rides a bike, it's the sort of cafe you dream of, with great food, brilliant coffee, amazing array of cakes and always service with a smile. Walkers, horseriders, families on a day out, the list is endless but all are made to feel welcome, the cafe has a real buzz. Whether it's just stopping in to get a bottle of water or chilling out eating with friends, bissoe is perfect. They hire bikes as well which is great if you want to get out and explore the traffic free mineral tramway routes in the surounding area.
