When the surf goes flat, there is still a place where you can catch a wave at the Cornwall Flowrider.The Flowrider is an artificial stranding wave created by pumping a thin sheet of water, no more than three inches deep, up a steep, curved bank. The sensation is similar to surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding and skateboarding.
