Our waveski school is run by a former world champion, so you know you’re being taught by the best there is. A waveski is a cross between a surfboard and a white-water kayak; you’ll be seated while riding, which makes this sport quick to learn – and that means you’ll be getting maximum fun on the waves right from the start.
We don’t cut corners when it comes to safety or how much fun you’re having - we’re all about small groups and plenty of individual attention for each student – that’s how we make sure everyone gets a great waveski experience that fits their ability and maximises their potential. You’ll have a great time and you’ll make real progress.
Choose the lesson that suits your needs best, from a half-day with a group to a one-to-one lesson if you want to really push your skill level. We provide everything you need to get in the water and start learning, including waveskis and wetsuits, plus boots and gloves in the winter – yep, we teach all year round.
The Extreme Academy’s home is a brand new, purpose built school with changingrooms, hot showers and space for safety briefings.
