The Adventure Centre operates an exciting range of extreme sports and activities, as well as training courses in association with Cornwall College.For the ultimate adrenalin high… go coasteering in Cornwall. This thrilling activity combines climbing, scrambling, sea swimming and cliff jumping, taking you to otherwise inaccessible parts of the Cornish coast. Routes traverse around the foot of high cliffs and through sea caves, allowing you to get up close and personal with all kinds of marine life. Sessions are led by professional coasteering guides who will keep you safe and test your limits. Choose from the following fantastic Coasteering packages:
Coasteer Half Day
This half-day coasteering adventure involves a thrilling swim, climb and jump around the rugged coastal terrain of Newquay Bay. Visit rarely explored nooks and crannies, where you can ride the rise and fall of the swell and test your nerves on a series of high jumps, giving you a coasteering experience to remember.

Eco-Coasteering
For this adventure we tone down the adrenalin, and turn on the education as we take you on an eco-coasteering exploration of the wildlife and geology of the Cornish coast. See spectacular cliffs and sea caves, and encounter local wildlife, including sea birds and seals, and perhaps even dolphins and basking sharks.

Power Coasteering
For something really special, you can combine a coasteering trip with a thrilling Zap Cat ride. A spin on a Zap Cat adds a whole new dimension to the experience, as you can round off your coasteering adventure with a white-knuckle ride around Newquay Bay and back to base at Lusty Glaze Beach.
