Laird Hamilton takes Cornwall, UK & Ireland by storm
Digg!
Laird Hamilton has been in the Oxbow team for 16 years, is one of the world’s most famous surfers, and has ridden some of the biggest & most beautiful waves in the world.

On Tuesday 8th May, Laird Hamilton went to Dublin, Ireland, for a photo shoot with Premier Oxbow account, 53 Degrees North at St. Stephens Green. After posing for the cameras with one of Ireland’s famous models Roberta Rawat, he was off to attend a media lunch in conjunction with 53 Degrees North. There he was interviewed by the likes of TV3, Fins and Outsider Magazine.

After a talk from Laird about his life in surfing, he emerged from 53 Degrees North and was greeted by crowds of screaming fans, a DJ pumping tunes and massive amounts of attention.

The second leg of Laird’s tour was in Woolacombe, Devon, where he demonstrated the new sport of stand-up paddle surfing before heading down to his final destination Bude, in Cornwall, where he was met by more screaming fans in search of autographs.
