Outdoor Adventure is an independent small and personal outdoor activity centre, offering a large range of fun and exciting activities all in spectacular locations. As well being a residential Centre, we also run half and full days of activities to people staying locally. We are based in a stunning location on the wild and rugged North Cornwall coast.
Outdoor and adventure activities include surfing, coasteering, bodyboarding, climbing, abseiling, Canadian canoeing, kayaking, sit on top kayaking, coastal traversing, archery, orienteering, coastal walking, team building and evening activities, too!
Surfing
Learn how to surf with our excellent team of Surf Coaches – fully qualified, experienced and great fun! Our Surf School has over 30 years experience delivering high quality, inspiring, surfing lessons in Cornwall! We cater for individuals, families and groups of all ages and specialise in the beginner and improver surfer.
Widemouth Bay is a great beach to learn on with great waves for beginners at most stages of the tide and has the highest award for water quality you can get in Cornwall. There is plenty of parking and all you will need for a great day on the beach with lifeguards, toilets and a beach cafe.
We use the latest surfing equipment available which is renewed every year! With our proven track record of delivering quality surfing lessons along with the highest standards of safety, Outdoor Adventure remains the ultimate place to learn or improve your skills. We are a Surfing GB approved surf school and can also provide their award scheme.
