Surf to The Stable
Last night was the perfect night to open a brand new pizza, pie and cider joint in Newquay. Watching some lovely little lines coming through at Fistral in brilliant sunshine AND eating amazing pizza has to be the best way to spend a Thursday night (or in fact any night).
Yes, The Stable is up and running and the Adventure Cornwall team were lucky enough to get an invitation to the opening party. Overlooking Fistral beach, The Stable crew have given the space a super chilled atmosphere, with a roaring fire going and of course those cracking views.
They make their pizzas and pies fresh using only the best Westcountry ingredients and you can really tell. The pizzas were delicious – dripping with flavour and incredible toppings. I can definitely recommend.
I particularly liked the fact that you could buy 5 different ‘samples’ of Westcountry ciders. They’ve got a bar list as long as your arm and leg. Who could ask for more?
In any case, this is the place to go for a post-surf pie or pizza. If you try out one new place to eat in Newquay this month, this is the one.
