New Cycle Trails Planned at Lanhydrock
We’ve been getting excited about the new cycle trails planned at Lanhydrock, near Bodmin in Cornwall. This will be an awesome facility when finished with trails for riders of all abilities around this vast National Trust estate.
Now members of the public are being given the chance to view and discuss the latest plans for the proposed development, which will include a range of cycle trails, complemented by a café and cycle hire facility. Together with new mountain bike trails planned for Cardinham Woods, this development at Lanhydrock will provide a welcome boost to the off road cycling options in Cornwall.
The National Trust, in partnership with the 1 South West project and Forestry Commission, will be submitting a Planning Application to Cornwall County Council following this drop-in session at Lanhydrock so it’s a good opportunity to show your support and discover exactly what they have planned.
The Cycle Trail Information Event will take place on Thurday 24 May from 3pm to 6pm.
